Ensono is seeking a Client Engagement Director for our Remote Managed Services, Digital and Cloud Services team. In this role, you will drive strategic growth and foster long-term partnerships within an assigned portfolio of enterprise clients. You will be accountable for senior-level client relationships, cross-functional execution, and ensuring client success throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Promote and drive strong client relationships by providing thought leadership on aligning client business needs with Ensono and partner solutions.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers to grow revenue and drive new opportunities.
- Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for assigned deals.
- Monitor sales trends and market dynamics, incorporating insights into account planning.
- Partner in a cross-functional model with Enterprise Architecture Teams, Client Success Managers, and Operational & Delivery teams.
- Communicate information effectively to diverse internal and external audiences, translating business and technology value.
- Serve as a trusted IT advisor to clients and contribute to their tactical and strategic planning.
- Challenge assumptions and existing approaches to drive improved results and innovative solutions.
- Support the development and mentorship of sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For
- Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience with accountability for enterprise client relationships.
- Demonstrable experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology or managed service solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience managing, reporting, and forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
- Experience managing and closing complex sales opportunities.
- Experience supporting clients with multiple lines of business.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
- Experience with managed services, hosting, digital & cloud services, application management services and outsourcing.
- Strong relationship development and networking skills.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Ability to consult with client executives on technology solutions from a business perspective.
- Ability to articulate technology and product positioning clearly and effectively.
- Organized, analytical, creative, and adaptive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Compensation: $175,000 to $215,000 annually + equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
