ServiceNow is hiring a Client Director, Oil & Gas

About the Role

ServiceNow is looking for a Client Director, Oil & Gas to produce new business with a defined set of our largest existing accounts in the Oil & Gas sector. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams to drive strategic outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership to clients.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
  • Work with solution teams to develop ServiceNow solutions based on customer strategic outcomes.
  • Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients.
  • Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including deployment of worldwide resources.
  • Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through clients' organizations, from project teams to CxO level.
  • Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities across clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience.
  • Achieve financial targets for assigned clients, including Licenses, Renewals, and Professional Services.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in client management and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
  • 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management.
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management within software or IT sales organizations.
  • Experience achieving sales targets.
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams.
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (depending on geography/region).

Team & Environment

You will lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services.
