Responsibilities
- Establish, monitor, and maintain daily workflow processes aligned with client requirements
- Investigate and resolve intricate cases by collecting, analyzing, and recording pertinent data from claims and case management systems within defined timeframes
- Serve as the escalation contact for unresolved issues and manage their end-to-end resolution
- Manage Pharmacy Concierge cases by inputting, verifying, and recording requests in both claims and case tracking platforms
- Respond to communications via phone, email, and fax from members, pharmacies, prescribers, and plan sponsors as part of concierge operations
- Prioritize and manage task queues to meet client-specific service timelines
- Perform additional assigned tasks as needed
