The Client Business Partner at NielsenIQ will own the commercial relationship with Retailer clients in the FMCG industry, focusing on revenue growth through renewals and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires fluency in Czech or Slovak and English, with a strong emphasis on delivering client-centric, profitable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Be responsible for owning the commercial relationship with Retailer clients
- Deliver revenue plans by negotiating the renewal of continuous services
- Identify opportunities to meet growth targets
- Successfully maintain existing developed relationships
- Develop effective new relationships between individuals and teams at the clients
- Represent clients from various FMCG streams including Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Discounters, Traditional trade, Petrol Stations, drug chains, FMCG online sellers and others
- Be representative of NIQ brand, top of the class agency, by attending and participating at internal and external conferences, congresses
- Devising a strategic approach for developing a group of clients through agile and flexible solutions that deliver value to our clients in a profitable way
- Learn the responsibilities with the long-term support of a Retail Vertical team
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling enterprise based solutions
- A proven ability to generate business across a portfolio of existing clients
- An understanding of the issues facing FMCG retailers
- Fluency in business English and Czech or Slovak language
