NielsenIQ is looking for an Associate Operations Client Partner to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will act as the critical liaison between our clients, commercial teams, and various operational departments. You will advise on solutions for NielsenIQ products regarding operational matters, build trust in data quality, and own the end-to-end resolution of operational client requests and issues.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the regular execution, maintenance, and delivery of BAU deliverables to clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding BAU delivery delays or rework, and align with Customer Support on prioritization.
- Coordinate with BAU teams on post-production and pre-delivery checks for clients.
- Act upon the formal incident management process according to the defined process and RACI.
- Take responsibility for quality assurance and resolution of operational escalations by working with Customer Support and Data Operations.
- Attend, contribute to, and coordinate Data Operations reviews and escalation-related client meetings in alignment with Customer Support.
- Attend and contribute to internal meetings such as regular CHT and QEM sessions, including root cause clarification and improvement plan preparation.
- Own the delivery of operational projects, including Product Enhancements and major global operational changes, covering communication, technical discussions, solution recommendations, and status reporting.
- Drive the design of operational solutions with internal and external clients by translating needs into technical specifications.
- Proactively introduce new improvements and solutions to clients to drive revenue and enable more efficient database production.
- Prepare and communicate impact analyses on syndicated data at the country or category level.
- Capture and share lessons learned from resolved issues.
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in operational processes.
- Contribute to resolving regional and global client queries via collaboration with other country teams.
- Be accountable for the end-to-end timely and accurate resolution of operational client requests and issues, including direct communication for Database Services, Product Coding, and Data Quality Issues.
- Support the resolution of other operational client queries, communicating back to the Customer Support team as needed.
- Triage tickets and cooperate closely with various operations departments to resolve client queries efficiently, serving as the gateway for Commercial teams to Data Operations.
- Ensure SLA and service standards are met for relevant query types.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A combination of operational skills and client orientation, with a willingness to understand end-to-end processes and translate business expectations into technical specifications.
- Strong technical understanding of operations production platforms and the ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications.
- A good understanding of the local FMCG industry.
- Good relationship management skills to liaise effectively with commercial teams, clients, and various operational teams.
- Well-developed analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude in recommending solutions and a results-oriented, “Can-Do” approach.
- Independence in executing tasks, driving progress, and working out solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, verbally and in writing, with the ability to present complex topics simply.
- Good Excel knowledge is a must.
