Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Czech-Speaking Customer Support specialist. You will provide outstanding support to Czech-speaking clients exploring luxury products in the high-end brand retail sector, elevating their shopping experience through dedicated service.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support in Czech via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries about high-end products, orders, and returns
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues effectively
- Maintain knowledge of luxury brand offerings and current trends
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance overall service quality
- Participate in training sessions to stay current on products and service standards
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent proficiency in Czech and English
- Proven experience in a customer support or service role
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Ability to learn and retain detailed information about products and brands
- Comfort using CRM systems and documenting interactions accurately
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in a remote setting
Work Mode
This is a remote position, open to candidates living and legally eligible to work in Greece. You will work local hours to best serve our Czech-speaking clientele.
