NielsenIQ is hiring a Consulting Manager to strengthen customer relationships by improving client ROI and driving the adoption of new capabilities. In this role, you will lead a delivery team to ensure timely, high-quality data insights and actionable recommendations, based on a deep understanding of client needs and NielsenIQ solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Joint Business Plan process by aligning client priorities to define strategic service delivery with clear timelines and SMART objectives.
- Lead Quarterly Business Review and client review processes, focusing on service quality and ROI to refine plans regularly.
- Manage the client health tracker, anticipate potential issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Accountable for Net Promoter Score results, ensuring service quality meets expectations and addressing escalations promptly.
- Collect Voice of Client feedback on experience and service quality to inform product and strategy teams.
- Manage client relationships and consult with Analytics and Customer Service teams on analytics, experience, and service models.
- Lead client relationship management during issue escalations, collaborating with internal stakeholders for quality responses.
- Work with the Commercial team to incorporate Service Model elements into contract renewals from the planning stage.
- Identify opportunities through daily engagement and hand them off to Commercial teams for further development.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- 4+ years of experience in a related field such as client servicing at a research agency or marketing consultancy.
- A broad understanding of client sales and marketing challenges.
- Basic knowledge of statistical applications and systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven strong leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.
- At least 1 year of experience at a managerial level.
