About the Role

AdsKeeper is hiring a Client Acquisition Manager to expand our network of advertisers and drive sales growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for prospecting new clients, closing deals, and building lasting partnerships within the digital advertising ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Find new advertisers for the AdsKeeper ad network, initiate negotiations, and close sales deals.
  • Work with affiliate-oriented advertisers and understand their niche.
  • Establish and foster strategic partnerships and relationships with key clients.
  • Understand partner business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine optimal solutions for campaign launches.
  • Network effectively with prospective clients and develop strong business relations with existing ones.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams regarding client queries and provide customer support.
  • Represent the company at important industry events and conferences.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience within online advertising, including display, push, native, and pop-under formats.
  • Proven experience working in AdTech or MarTech companies.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising assets, including ad formats, campaign strategies, and native advertising solutions.
  • Strong grasp of lead generation and marketing analytics tools.
  • Established connections with advertisers and other industry professionals.
  • Strategic, results-driven thinker with high-level negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Ability to adapt sales strategies based on regional market differences.
  • Strong business development expertise with a track record of exceeding key performance metrics.
  • Resilient with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Open to self-learning, professional development, and attending industry conferences to expand your network.
  • A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken).
