Remote Recruitment is looking for a Client Acquisition Manager to be instrumental in identifying and creating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the overall growth of the client base. Your ability to understand client needs and present tailored recruitment solutions will contribute significantly to company success.
What You'll Do
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Develop and present customized recruitment proposals and solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align service delivery with client expectations.
- Track and report on client acquisition metrics and sales performance.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
