About the Role

This role involves managing ongoing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver consistent value.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
  • Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues
  • Track and report on account health metrics
  • Facilitate onboarding for new clients
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
  • Escalate critical concerns to senior staff when needed
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
  • Support renewal and contract extension processes
  • Gather and relay client feedback to product teams
  • Collaborate on customized solutions for client challenges
  • Ensure timely communication during service disruptions
  • Drive adoption of new features and tools
  • Promote best practices in client workflows
  • Manage expectations during onboarding and transitions
  • Document client interactions and action items
  • Monitor usage patterns to anticipate needs
  • Act as an advocate for client interests internally
  • Support cross-selling initiatives when appropriate
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Adhere to service level agreements
  • Stay informed about industry trends affecting clients
  • Participate in training for new offerings
  • Contribute to process improvements in account management
