About the Role
This position is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships in the Latin American region, driving customer success, retention, and account growth through strategic planning and responsive support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client accounts in Latin America

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
- Track and report on account performance metrics regularly
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Ensure timely onboarding and integration of new clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status
- Facilitate communication between clients and technical support teams
- Support renewal processes and contract extensions
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client input
- Lead regular check-in meetings with assigned clients
- Develop account plans aligned with client goals
- Escalate critical issues following established protocols
- Stay informed about regional market trends and client needs
- Collaborate with sales on upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Deliver client training sessions when necessary
- Manage client expectations around deliverables and timelines
- Track service level agreements and ensure compliance
