Location: Delhi The Client Account Directors dedicated to Law Enforcement clientele are motivated by our vision of enhancing global safety. We empower law enforcement and civilian agencies to interrupt criminal networks, minimize illicit transactions, retrieve compensation for victims, and examine digital asset-related investigations. As a Client Account Director, you'll cultivate trust and develop robust connections with Law Enforcement stakeholders, customizing sales strategies to address their specific requirements and promoting Chainalysis solutions with engaging yet accessible communication. Your performance will be evaluated through quota attainment, forecasting precision, and regional account expansion. The ideal candidate excels at navigating intricate sales processes, constructing strategic account plans, and maintaining enthusiasm for deal closure. In this role, you'll: - Establish trust and develop strong relationships with Law Enforcement stakeholders, adapting sales approaches to their unique needs. - Advocate Chainalysis solutions through compelling and approachable communication. - Contribute to developing persuasive product positioning and messaging tailored to market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and regional sales channels. - Collaborate closely with Customer Success, PreSales, and Marketing teams to drive customer engagement and goal achievement. - Display exceptional proficiency in sales forecasting, ensuring accurate predictions to support strategic decision-making and business growth. - Consistently leverage sales data, marketing insights, and promotional metrics to meet and surpass sales objectives. We seek candidates who possess: - Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales roles - Established relationships with Indian Central and/or State Law Enforcement Agencies and financial regulators - Comprehensive understanding of procurement systems for Indian law enforcement and regulatory bodies - Articulate, enthusiastic communication skills capable of simplifying complex concepts - Demonstrated success in business development, sales forecasting, and account management - Commitment to Chainalysis's mission of blockchain trust-building - Willingness to travel throughout India for sales growth opportunities Advantageous experience: - Background in Financial Intelligence, Investigations, Cybersecurity, and/or Cryptocurrency Technologies - Familiarity with cryptocurrency, web3, and blockchain technology About Chainalysis Blockchain technology is driving innovative transformations.
