Responsibilities
- Assist students with enrollment procedures and academic onboarding
- Respond promptly to student inquiries via email and phone
- Guide learners through online classroom platforms and tools
- Clarify assignment expectations and course timelines
- Monitor student engagement and follow up on inactivity
- Escalate academic concerns to instructional staff when needed
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions
- Support resolution of technical difficulties with learning systems
- Communicate academic policies and procedural updates
- Help students understand program requirements and milestones
- Facilitate connections between students and academic resources
- Track student progress and flag potential delays
- Provide information about academic support services
- Assist with interpretation of course syllabi and materials
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines
- Coordinate with faculty on student status updates
- Offer guidance during course selection and registration
- Address student concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute to continuous improvement of student support processes
