Responsibilities
- Handle over 53 claims daily while maintaining a quality score of at least 93%
- Respond to member inquiries promptly and with empathy
- Process both U.S. and straightforward international claims, including those involving the Carrot Card
- Assist with post-claim resolution tasks such as refunds, reconciliations, and adjustments
- Offer on-call support for urgent member needs using PagerDuty when required
Compensation
Base pay of $24.00–$28.00 per hour, plus performance-based variable compensation. Non-exempt status with overtime pay during peak periods

- This is an in-office role located in West Des Moines, Iowa.
- The required shift runs from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
- Initial training will occur over 4–6 weeks, scheduled between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm CST.
- Overtime pay applies when needed, with paid overtime expected during high-volume periods.
- The position is non-exempt and offers a base hourly rate of $24.00–$28.00.
- Variable compensation tied to performance may also be provided.
