Responsibilities

- Calculate and process payments to claimants and service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report fraudulent claims to the appropriate authorities.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to all claimants and policyholders.
- Handle high volumes of claims efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the claims process.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the claims handling process.

- Provide regular updates and reports on claims status and progress.
