Responsibilities
- Support the claims team in evaluating pet insurance claims
- Examine medical invoices to verify eligibility for reimbursement based on policy terms
- Analyze complex claims and perform in-depth assessments of medical records
- Offer expert guidance on initiatives related to claims processing
- Work remotely from Taiwan for 16 to 20 hours weekly, Monday through Friday
