Chubb is hiring a Claims Analyst to analyze personal and property insurance claims. You will be responsible for managing the entire claims process, from initial review and reserve adjustments to final settlement, applying critical thinking to identify potential fraud and ensure accurate outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Analyze personal and property insurance claims.
- Manage reserves by performing control, adjustments, and closures.
- Validate all documentation required for claims analysis.
- Organize work queues to control and monitor daily activities.
- Apply critical thinking to identify potential fraud during claims analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in claims adjusting or regulation.
- Academic background in administration, economics, law, actuarial sciences, or related fields.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- A sense of empathy when dealing with clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience in personal lines or related insurance affinity segments will be a plus.
