Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud setups.
- Set up and manage NetScaler (Citrix ADC) for secure application delivery, load distribution, and remote access.
- Deploy advanced security and optimization features including TLS-based VPNs, multi-factor authentication, and system tuning.
- Utilize ControlUp for live monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and automated workflows.
- Perform regular performance evaluations, gather user input, and enhance system usability.
- Supervise Citrix infrastructure using monitoring tools such as Citrix Director and ControlUp Insight.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and operational procedures to ensure service consistency.
- Work closely with infrastructure units including network, Windows server, and security teams, as well as business departments.
- Deliver technical assistance, training, and expert advice to end users and internal IT personnel.
- Enforce adherence to organizational and regulatory security policies and industry best practices.
