Capgemini is looking for a Cisco UCS & Citrix Engineer to provide technical support for Cisco UCS and Hyperflex systems to customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, management, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the UCS infrastructure and its associated virtualization platforms.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for Unified Computing System (UCS) server solutions and Cisco Hyperflex Systems.
- Manage UCS infrastructure using tools like UCS Manager, Cisco Intersight, and Cisco UCS Central.
- Perform ESXi hypervisor installation on UCS servers.
- Perform Windows and Linux OS installation on UCS servers.
- Execute firmware upgrades and driver installations on UCS-C systems and UCSM.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Cisco UCS Blades, Chassis, Fabric Interconnects, and IOM.
- Perform VMware installations, patching, and upgrades as required.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Cisco server hardware and management tools (UCS Manager, Cisco Intersight, Cisco UCS Central).
- Proven experience with ESXi hypervisor installation on UCS servers.
- Proven experience with Windows and Linux OS installation on UCS servers.
- Strong knowledge of Citrix switches, UCS C and UCS-B series servers, and Cisco Hyperflex products.
- Hands-on experience with UCS-C and UCSM for firmware upgrades and driver installation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Cisco UCS Blades, Chassis, Fabric Interconnects, and IOM.
- Strong working experience with VMware installations, patching, and upgrades.
- Hands-on experience with UCS B-Series, Rack Servers: UCS C-Series, UCS Server and Systems Management, System I/O: UCS Fabric Interconnects and Fabric Extenders, and Server I/O UCS Server I/O Adapters and GPUs.
