Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to plan and carry out validation projects effectively.
- Assist next-generation routing and switching, data center, and service provider customers in deploying new platforms and solutions.
- Test and confirm that new system designs align with client needs and performance expectations.
- Lead requirement discussions, assess testing needs, configure lab environments, create test procedures, and record outcomes.
- Detect critical issues and gaps, then coordinate with engineering and implementation teams for resolution.
- Integrate emerging technologies into testing lab setups.
- Work with solution architects from delivery and sales to support upcoming projects and win client business.
- Improve validation processes through innovation to increase speed and efficiency.
- Partner with fellow engineers to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Recognize and help advance opportunities for business expansion.

- This position involves direct interaction with customers.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge of F5 load balancing, VMware, Redhat OCP, virtualization platforms, UCS, and general compute infrastructure is advantageous.
