Kastech Software Solutions Group is hiring a CIS Clinical Business Analyst to support the development, operations, and deployment of a clinical standardization project. This role is central to analyzing business requirements, collaborating with clinical experts, and creating the documentation necessary for the seamless adoption of clinical standards.
What You'll Do
- Conduct a detailed review of existing business requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical experts to gather input and insights for the development and refinement of clinical standards.
- Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate existing requirements and collect net new business and information technology requirements, including gap analysis.
- Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and client requirements to support the clinical standardization project; recommend and implement solutions, monitoring their effectiveness.
- Build, validate, and test clinical content in the CIS.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of the project, including effective communication plans for stakeholders.
What We're Looking For

- Completion of the Department’s Privacy Training prior to commencing the assignment.
