Responsibilities
- Gather and submit employee overtime records for processing
- Assist the CHPP team in coordinating training needs and scheduling
- Oversee the second-day onboarding process for all new CHPP inductees
- Guide contract holders through each phase of the commercial contracting lifecycle
- Deliver administrative assistance to the CHPP Manager and superintendents, including LEAN board maintenance and VFL tracking
- Monitor contract performance and generate monthly status reports for key stakeholders
- Offer expert guidance on procurement and contracting procedures to personnel
- Recognize and share opportunities to enhance the efficiency of commercial services
- Supervise contractor financial progress, delivering detailed reports on performance variances, root causes, and corrective actions
