Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive initial evaluations using range of motion assessments, neurological and orthopedic testing, functional movement analysis, X-rays when medically necessary, and evidence-based methods to determine accurate diagnoses.
- Create personalized treatment strategies incorporating chiropractic adjustments, functional rehabilitation, and strength conditioning based on the organization's proprietary three-phase care framework.
- Coordinate patient management with rehabilitation specialists to implement therapeutic exercise protocols and collaborate with licensed massage therapists for myofascial release techniques.
- Inform patients about the advantages of an integrated care model and make appropriate referrals to acupuncture, functional medicine, and hormonal health services within the practice.
- Engage in ongoing clinical training and professional development programs, including fully funded continuing education units.
