What You'll Do
Design and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that encourage exploration and learning for toddlers and preschool-aged children. Build strong connections with families by sharing meaningful updates about each child’s progress and daily experiences. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure classroom environment by consistently following health, safety, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
You must be at least 21 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED. A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is required, along with demonstrated understanding of developmentally appropriate practices for young children. All candidates must pass state and company-mandated background checks and meet education and experience standards set by regulatory and organizational policies. Compliance with immunization, health screening, and safety training requirements is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
One year of professional experience in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting is preferred.

Compensation
Hourly pay ranges from $24.60 to $28.10, with a $1,500 hiring incentive available.

This is an onsite position located at 1230 York Ave, New York, NY.
