What You'll Do
You'll review and assess various types of digital content according to structured evaluation criteria. Your role is to apply consistent judgments, annotate data accurately, and help refine AI training inputs. You'll follow detailed project instructions and adapt to updates as they arise, ensuring high-quality output throughout the project lifecycle.
Timely completion of assigned tasks is essential, and you'll be expected to participate in initial onboarding and periodic calibration sessions to maintain alignment with project standards. Work is conducted remotely on a flexible part-time basis, allowing you to manage your schedule around your availability.
Requirements
- Native-level command of Tajik as spoken in Uzbekistan, with strong grasp of grammar, fluency, and regional language nuances
- Functional proficiency in English to understand project documentation and provide basic explanations when required
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain uniformity across repeated tasks
- Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer
- Capacity to work independently as a freelance contractor in Uzbekistan
- Commitment to completing tasks within set timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in translation, linguistic review, localization quality assurance, or data annotation for machine learning systems
- Proven ability to interpret and follow structured guidelines with precision
- Experience working in fast-moving environments where procedures may evolve
- Familiarity with digital media platforms such as music, podcast, or content streaming services
Compensation and Work Arrangement
This is a freelance position with a flexible, part-time workload, conducted entirely remotely from Uzbekistan. The estimated rate is approximately 9 USD per hour. Work hours are self-managed within project deadlines, offering scheduling flexibility while maintaining consistent output quality.
