Responsibilities

  • Formulate and carry out operational plans that support organizational growth goals and align with executive leadership direction.
  • Supervise day-to-day functions of dealership divisions, including Parts and Service, to enhance productivity, asset use, and client satisfaction.
  • Introduce standardized processes, policies, and digital systems such as ERP and warehouse management software to optimize workflows.
  • Attract, train, and inspire top-tier personnel in sales, rental, service, and regional management roles.
  • Direct operations related to heavy equipment sales, leasing, transport, servicing, and fleet management across various sites.
  • Design performance tracking systems and evaluate key metrics to inform tactical and strategic planning.
  • Manage the complete equipment lifecycle, from procurement of new and pre-owned units to fleet renewal and rental-to-purchase pathways.
  • Oversee budget development, capital investment planning, and revenue projections; monitor profit and loss outcomes and gross margin performance.
  • Assist in entering new markets, managing manufacturer partnerships, and incorporating newly acquired operations.
  • Cultivate high-level relationships with major clients, original equipment manufacturers, and critical suppliers.
  • Enforce and track key performance indicators including Mean Time to Repair, Right First Time, equipment usage rates, and technician productivity.
