Responsibilities

- Oversee budget development, capital investment planning, and revenue projections; monitor profit and loss outcomes and gross margin performance.
- Assist in entering new markets, managing manufacturer partnerships, and incorporating newly acquired operations.
- Cultivate high-level relationships with major clients, original equipment manufacturers, and critical suppliers.
- Enforce and track key performance indicators including Mean Time to Repair, Right First Time, equipment usage rates, and technician productivity.
