Weekday is seeking a Chief of Staff to work in close partnership with the MD/CEO, serving as a strategic force multiplier. This role is central to ensuring leadership focus, organizational alignment, rigorous execution, and seamless communication.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and refine executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and documents.
- Act as a strategic gatekeeper, managing communication and prioritization on behalf of the MD/CEO.
- Ensure leadership focus remains aligned with high-impact priorities.
- Serve as the central liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate seamless communication across departments and senior leadership.
- Track action items from meetings and strategic decisions to ensure timely execution.
- Proactively align teams to reduce escalations and optimize executive bandwidth.
- Support tracking and execution of strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide projects.
- Compile data, analyze business performance metrics, and prepare dashboards and executive updates.
- Assist in planning and coordinating leadership offsites, strategic reviews, and board-level meetings.
- Maintain visibility on CEO priorities, upcoming decisions, and critical deadlines.
- Prepare structured meeting agendas and ensure participant alignment in advance.
- Act as a 'deputy' to guide teams, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, and maintain execution momentum.
- Handle highly sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Ensure adherence to data security, document control, and confidentiality protocols.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the MD/CEO.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: Rs 6,000,000 - Rs 15,000,000 (INR 60-150 LPA).
