About the Role
The Chief of Staff will act as a key advisor and operator, bridging strategy and execution by managing critical projects, improving cross-functional communication, and supporting long-term organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic planning efforts across departments
- Facilitate communication between executive leadership and operational teams
- Lead high-priority initiatives from conception to completion
- Analyze business performance and recommend operational improvements
- Manage special projects assigned by the CEO
- Track key performance indicators and report on progress
- Streamline internal processes to increase efficiency
- Support organizational design and structural changes
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration on major goals
- Develop and maintain executive-level presentations and reports
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Act as a liaison during mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships
- Ensure alignment between short-term actions and long-term vision
- Manage timelines and deliverables for strategic objectives
- Conduct research on market trends and competitive landscape
- Support leadership on change management initiatives
- Organize and lead executive meetings and retreats
- Maintain documentation of strategic decisions and action items
- Evaluate new business opportunities and growth areas
- Assist in talent development and leadership planning
- Monitor external regulatory and industry developments
- Coordinate crisis response planning and execution
- Build trusted relationships across departments
- Drive accountability for strategic deliverables

Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business administration or related discipline
