Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Chief of Staff to be a strategic partner to executive leadership in a fast-growing environment. This role blends operational execution with strategic planning, supporting cross-functional teams and driving key company initiatives from conception to completion.
What You'll Do
- Partner with executive leadership to drive high-priority strategic business initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, leadership teams, and employees, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.
- Lead and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly planning processes, capturing key notes and action items, and holding teams accountable to objectives and targets.
- Organize, structure, and facilitate critical internal meetings, including quarterly all-company meetings, weekly scrums, and monthly reviews.
- Support preparation and coordination of content for board meetings and other executive communications.
- Monitor company culture, morale, and performance, providing insight and recommendations to leadership.
- Travel approximately 30% as needed for business purposes.
What We're Looking For
- 4–5+ years of professional experience in operational, strategic, or executive support roles.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across all levels of an organization with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong team orientation and commitment to driving both strategic and operational performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – polished, professional, and concise.
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of complex business problems.
- BA/BS degree required.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
