Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the executive operating rhythm, including planning cycles, performance reviews, and key decision forums
- Promote a performance-driven culture using data analytics, dashboards, and balanced insights combining metrics and real-world observations
- Lead major operational implementations, cross-departmental projects, and emergency response efforts
- Manage end-to-end relationships with key partners and suppliers
- Develop and maintain the company’s operating model, including strategic sourcing decisions and investment justifications
- Design, implement, and oversee KPI frameworks across the company and operations, from definition to recurring performance reviews
