The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Committee, driving key initiatives, ensuring organizational coherence, and enabling data-driven decision-making across a rapidly growing, international tech organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for Executive Committee and key governance meetings.
- Design and streamline internal communication frameworks to improve decision-making efficiency.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment among stakeholders and track implementation of strategic decisions.
- Lead recurring performance reviews including weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles to monitor progress.
- Monitor critical KPIs and oversee accurate, timely reporting across departments.
- Translate data and trends into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Lead high-impact initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, market expansions, and organizational transformations.
- Conduct in-depth strategic analyses and prepare executive-level decision support materials.
- Align stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure coordinated and efficient execution.
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration and resolve operational obstacles.
- Provide clarity, structure, and prioritization on complex, fast-moving strategic topics.
- Support leadership in advancing key projects from concept through to delivery.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience, including time in strategy or management consulting or comparable high-pressure environments.
- Proven track record in managing intricate, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-performance organizations, preferably in technology, digital, or rapidly scaling sectors.
- Capable of engaging confidently with senior executives and understanding organizational governance.
- Strong analytical and structuring abilities, with skill in distilling complex subjects into clear insights.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority in complex organizational settings.
- History of taking ownership, showing leadership, and driving execution effectively.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Solid business acumen with strong financial and strategic comprehension.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
