Responsibilities
- Co-lead brand strategy, including tone, visual design, messaging framework, and market positioning, in partnership with the Head of Media & Design
- Create and enforce brand standards across all platforms and customer interactions
- Develop compelling brand stories that position the company as the leader in preventive health
- Design and refine high-conversion landing pages that are consistent with brand identity and drive visitor-to-member conversion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns at scale, including product launches, seasonal initiatives, partnerships, and audience expansion efforts
- Manage the marketing components of core conversion funnels from ad to checkout, ensuring message alignment and performance
- Build reusable campaign frameworks to streamline future marketing efforts
- Define the overall growth and marketing strategy in line with company objectives
- Guide strategic decisions for paid media channels such as Meta and Google, working alongside existing execution leads
- Distribute marketing budgets across channels based on performance data and strategic focus
- Explore and validate new marketing channels and partnership opportunities
- Lead the development and expansion of the marketing team by hiring top-tier talent and fostering professional growth
- Promote a culture of accountability, speed, and creative excellence
- Work closely with product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams across functions
- Establish scalable marketing systems and workflows to maintain velocity without sacrificing quality
