- Oversee customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management
- Guide product-market fit through direct engagement with healthcare providers
- Expand commercial footprint across geographies and care delivery settings
- Manage key account relationships with large health systems and group purchasing organizations
- Lead negotiations for large-scale contracts and enterprise partnerships
- Develop go-to-market strategies for novel medical technologies
- Use data analytics to inform sales forecasting and performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations in all commercial activities
- Work closely with product development to align roadmap with market needs
- Drive brand positioning within the medical technology sector
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and stakeholder forums
