Role Overview
The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s end-to-end commercial strategy, with a strong focus on revenue generation, market penetration, and long-term customer value in the global Forex and online trading space. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead cross-regional teams and ensure alignment between business development, marketing, and product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scalable commercial strategy to expand market share and increase profitability.
- Lead global Sales, Marketing, and Business Development functions, fostering high-performance cultures across regions.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with institutional clients, affiliate partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion efforts in regions including LATAM, MENA, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
- Oversee digital marketing, affiliate programs, and introducing broker (IB) strategies to optimize client acquisition.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, and Compliance teams to ensure commercial initiatives support regulatory standards and product evolution.
- Track market dynamics, competitive movements, and regulatory changes to maintain strategic advantage.
- Monitor commercial KPIs and deliver detailed performance insights to executive and board-level stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
You bring deep expertise in the financial trading sector, particularly within Forex or CFDs, and have a history of leading commercial success at scale. You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a hands-on leadership style.
- Senior leadership experience as CCO, Commercial Director, or similar role in fintech or online trading environments.
- Thorough understanding of international Forex markets, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes.
- Proven success managing B2B and B2C acquisition strategies and full-cycle customer engagement.
- Strong leadership background with experience guiding distributed teams across time zones.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
Preferred Background
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Experience launching or scaling operations in emerging or highly regulated markets.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, performance marketing analytics, and affiliate management systems.
