What You'll Do
Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that accelerate revenue growth and strengthen market position. You'll direct global Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams, ensuring alignment across regions and functions. Your focus will include expanding market reach, optimizing customer acquisition, and improving retention across both B2C and B2B channels.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with institutional clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Guide performance marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and affiliate programs, to maximize ROI. Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure commercial objectives support broader company goals and regulatory standards.
Monitor global market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions. Oversee commercial KPIs, deliver executive-level reporting, and ensure all activities comply with international regulations.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in senior commercial roles within Forex, CFDs, or financial trading platforms
- Deep understanding of global Forex markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry competition
- Track record managing cross-regional teams in high-growth environments
- Experience driving client acquisition and lifecycle management for both retail and institutional clients
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience entering or scaling operations in LATAM, MENA, Europe, Asia, or Africa
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, performance marketing tools, and affiliate network systems
