About the Role

Hilton is hiring a Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary production of a designated kitchen at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, a Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond luxury hotel. You will be instrumental in delivering outstanding guest service and driving financial profitability through kitchen leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily culinary production, including preparation, production, food quality, and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage team member productivity, cost controls, and overall kitchen profitability.
  • Perform general management duties including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, and report generation.
  • Visually inspect, select, and use high-quality food and beverage products.
  • Create and implement new menus and individual food items.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, counseling, and evaluations.
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members.
  • Schedule and assign work, delivering recognition and reward.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Team & Environment

You will work under Executive Chef Peleg Miron.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: Between $100,000 and $120,000 per year.
