Hilton is hiring a Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary production of a designated kitchen at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, a Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond luxury hotel. You will be instrumental in delivering outstanding guest service and driving financial profitability through kitchen leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily culinary production, including preparation, production, food quality, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage team member productivity, cost controls, and overall kitchen profitability.
- Perform general management duties including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, and report generation.
- Visually inspect, select, and use high-quality food and beverage products.
- Create and implement new menus and individual food items.
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, counseling, and evaluations.
- Recruit, interview, and train team members.
- Schedule and assign work, delivering recognition and reward.
What We're Looking For
- Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

You will work under Executive Chef Peleg Miron.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: Between $100,000 and $120,000 per year.
