Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve daily meals for guests and team members
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety standards
- Manage inventory and stock levels for food and supplies
- Assist in ordering provisions and tracking deliveries
- Support guest service operations during tours and events
- Undertake routine cleaning of communal and kitchen areas
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adapt menus based on availability of supplies and dietary needs
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere in isolated conditions
- Handle cash and manage small-scale guest transactions
- Ensure waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide local information
- Maintain records for food usage and equipment maintenance
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Support emergency procedures and safety protocols
