AECOM is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their expanding Building Surveying team based in Manchester. The role involves delivering a range of surveying services across diverse UK-based projects including healthcare facilities, commercial premises, schools, and historic university buildings, with opportunities for occasional UK and international travel.
What You'll Do
- Undertake various levels of works expected of a Chartered Building Surveyor
- Report to Senior and Management team
- Contract Administration
- NEC Supervisor
- Condition Surveys including PPM
- Reinstatement Cost Assessment
- Specification preparation
- AutoCAD Drawing and Design work including measured surveys
- Schedules of Condition
- Collaborate from time to time with Pre-Acquisition and Technical Due Diligence Survey team
