Fraser Yachts was looking for a Charter Management Assistant

Fraser Yachts is hiring a Charter Management Assistant to join our Charter Management team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our Charter Managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through a blend of administrative, marketing, and client-focused tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Assist charter managers effectively and promptly with daily operations.
  • Support marketing by editing and organizing product graphics and information.
  • Create customized marketing presentations, plans, and flyers in collaboration with marketing and charter management.
  • Assist in planning events such as open houses, yacht shows, and familiarization trips.
  • Administer charter escrow files, enter contracts into the CRM, initiate wires, and track incoming and outgoing funds.
  • Prepare charter details for contracts and assist in drafting contracts.
  • Manage document and brochure mailings in hard and electronic formats, draft letters, and review documents and marketing material.
  • Keep necessary databases updated with correct and concise information (in-house database/CRM, Yachtfolio).
  • Perform data tracking and prepare periodical reports.
  • Attend events and Yacht Shows as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Working knowledge of industry tools like Yachtfolio and MYBA e-contracts.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a CRM system.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools such as InDesign and Photoshop or similar graphic design software.
  • Excellent time management, work planning, dynamic teamwork, problem-solving, initiative, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in other languages.
  • Experience in the Yachting industry.

Team & Environment

You will be a key member of the Charter Management team, reporting to the Head of Charter Management.
