The IMO (Independent Marketing Organization) National Accounts team is responsible for driving initiatives to expand new business sales, increase managed asset portfolios, and enhance customer loyalty. Support encompasses onboarding new distributors, streamlining business processes, providing comprehensive marketing and operational resources, and educating partners about our diverse product and service offerings. The Channel Strategy & Development Manager will leverage expertise in New Business and Service procedures, along with deep annuity marketplace understanding, to recognize and execute pivotal growth opportunities. This position collaborates with internal teams and external distribution partners to simplify interactions with Delaware Life Insurance Company (DLIC) and propel measurable sales performance. The manager will craft and implement channel strategies that reinforce DLIC's market positioning, bolster sales organizational support, and optimize overall customer and partner experiences. This professional will collaborate closely with National Accounts Leadership, National Account Managers, Delaware Life Marketing, and Operations to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of intermediary customer requirements. Total compensation for this position ranges from $125,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $300,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by multiple factors including market location and job-related expertise, skills, and experience.
