What You'll Do
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of channel partners within a defined territory, focusing on building strong, results-driven relationships. Your primary focus will be advancing sales performance across all divisions by collaborating with distributors to set measurable goals and execute joint business plans.
You’ll lead initiatives such as category management, product merchandising, and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall channel agreements. Using Salesforce, you’ll track activities, manage opportunities, and maintain detailed account plans. You’ll also coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to launch new products and maximize distributor engagement through targeted programs.
Regular quarterly reviews will help assess progress and adjust strategies, while incentive planning and marketing development fund (MDF) scheduling will support new business growth. Some travel to partner locations in Johor Bahru and Johor, Malaysia, may be required.
Requirements
You bring several years of proven sales experience, with a solid grasp of category management and motivational tools used in distribution networks. A university degree is required, along with foundational knowledge in finance, logistics, and business operations. You’re goal-oriented, capable of setting clear targets, and comfortable having direct, constructive conversations to drive performance.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to design and follow structured processes are essential. You’re proactive, self-motivated, and eager to expand your professional impact in a complex, multi-divisional environment.
