Regal.ai is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to build and lead our channel partner strategy. You will be responsible for developing relationships with key partners and driving significant revenue growth through these channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to meet revenue targets
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic channel partners
- Manage and grow relationships with existing partners, providing training and support
- Track and analyze channel performance metrics, providing regular reports
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align channel efforts
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in channel sales or partner management, with a track record of exceeding quota
- Strong ability to develop and nurture long-term strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools to track performance
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
