About the Role
Drive partner growth by leading relationships with Technology Solutions Distributors and their advisor networks. Enable sales teams, support technical engagements, expand channel pipelines, and represent the company at industry events while delivering accurate forecasts and market insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned Technology Solutions Distributors and their networks of technology advisors
- Train and enable distributor sales teams and agents on the full product portfolio, including voice, messaging, SIP trunking, IoT/SIM, and Voice AI
- Collaborate with agents on deal strategy, customer discovery, and solution design from initial contact through closing
- Work alongside Sales Engineering to deliver product demonstrations, technical sessions, and proof-of-concept support for agent-led opportunities
- Grow the sales pipeline by onboarding new agents and reactivating inactive partners within the distributor ecosystem
- Represent the company at distributor conferences, partner summits, roadshows, and relevant industry events
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline reporting for channel-driven opportunities
- Gather and share market insights with product and marketing teams to inform strategy and positioning
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales within telecom, UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, or related technology sectors
- Strong understanding of the Technology Solutions Distributor and technology advisor landscape, including key players like Telarus, Avant, Intelisys, AppDirect, and Sandler
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling agent relationships that generate revenue
- Technical aptitude to discuss SIP trunking, APIs, messaging compliance, and AI technologies
- Clear and credible communication skills; trusted by agents for deep product knowledge
- Ability to present effectively to both technical stakeholders and executive-level decision makers alongside partners
- Self-motivated with a track record of thriving in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
- Willingness to travel for TSD events, partner meetings, and industry conferences
Nice to Have
- Established relationships within major TSD advisor communities
- Experience selling or supporting voice, SIP, messaging, or AI/automation solutions through indirect channels
- Professional background at a CPaaS, UCaaS, or telecom provider such as Twilio, Vonage, Bandwidth, or Lumen
- Familiarity with the company or its product suite
- Experience using channel quoting tools, TSD portals, and partner enablement platforms
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger as applied in channel sales
- Active participation or speaking experience at TSD summits, channel conferences, or partner advisory councils
