At Trimble, we leverage technology to transform how the world works. We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to drive growth and shape the digital landscape of the Geospatial industry. In this role, you will identify high-potential partners, drive market demand for our solutions, and lead a diverse portfolio of accounts across Eastern Europe and the CIS region.
What You'll Do
- Spearhead the expansion of our sales channel by identifying, recruiting, and developing high-performing distribution and retail partners.
- Drive significant revenue growth by proactively uncovering customer needs and delivering tailored, client-focused solutions.
- Influence key stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, to create strong market awareness and long-term brand loyalty.
- Oversee the implementation phase of new partnerships to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience and long-term operational success.
- Collaborate with internal sales experts and executives to manage complex account projects with a focus on customer success.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in prospecting, networking, and executing strategic sales tactics based on market feedback.
- Strong proficiency in managing customer relationships within CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strategic communication skills with the ability to present and influence at the executive level.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience specifically within the Geospatial or high-tech hardware industry.
