Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of all partner programs and organizational requirements
- Build and sustain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and distribution networks
- Oversee daily channel operations including educational sessions, briefings, and partner events
- Collaborate with internal technical leadership to arrange training and technology updates
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to utilize funding and promotional offers for customer engagements
- Administer rebate structures and marketing development fund programs
- Collaborate across departments to improve contract renewal performance and exceed sales goals
- Support sales leadership in developing strategies for deeper market reach in key accounts
- Manage both incoming and outgoing account interactions
- Ensure CRM entries are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Generate and modify quotes as needed to meet customer and business needs
- Collaborate with sales and executive teams during presales to secure optimal vendor pricing
- Negotiate competitive hardware pricing by working directly with vendors and manufacturers
- Submit and maintain deal registrations for all hardware opportunities
- Coordinate with post-sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Foster productive, long-term relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Provide order tracking and status updates to customers when required
