About the Role
This position supports the planning and operational effectiveness of the company’s channel business by providing analytical insights, maintaining planning models, and ensuring alignment across sales, finance, and partner teams. The analyst will play a key role in driving data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and strategic decision-making within the global channel organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze channel sales data to support forecasting and planning activities
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Maintain and update business planning models for partner performance tracking
- Identify trends and variances in channel performance metrics
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with reporting and insights
- Assist in the development of dashboards and reporting tools
- Monitor key performance indicators for partner programs
- Ensure data integrity across CRM and financial systems
- Prepare summaries and presentations for leadership reviews
- Work cross-functionally to align channel strategy with operational execution
- Track partner onboarding progress and program adoption
- Evaluate effectiveness of channel incentives and promotions
- Support audits and compliance checks related to partner agreements
- Document operational processes and update as needed
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues
- Provide analytical support during planning cycles
- Assist in refining sales operations workflows
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather planning inputs
- Maintain calendars and timelines for business planning cycles
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and analyses
- Contribute to process improvements in channel operations
