About the Role

The Channel Manager will drive growth by building and managing a high-performing partner ecosystem across the US Central region. Reporting to the Global GM of Channel Sales, this role serves as the primary point of contact for strategic partners and plays a key role in scaling JumpCloud's channel business.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the face of JumpCloud for regional strategic partners in the Central Region
  • Build and manage a high-performing partner ecosystem across the US Central region
  • Drive JumpCloud’s next phase of growth through Channel Partners
  • Report directly to the Global GM of Channel Sales

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in channel or partner management
  • Proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Experience working with IT teams or MSPs

Nice to Have

  • Experience in identity management, directory services, or cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with managing Windows, Apple, Linux, and Android devices
  • Background in SaaS or cloud-based technology platforms
