The Channel Manager will drive growth by building and managing a high-performing partner ecosystem across the US Central region. Reporting to the Global GM of Channel Sales, this role serves as the primary point of contact for strategic partners and plays a key role in scaling JumpCloud's channel business.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the face of JumpCloud for regional strategic partners in the Central Region
- Build and manage a high-performing partner ecosystem across the US Central region
- Drive JumpCloud’s next phase of growth through Channel Partners
- Report directly to the Global GM of Channel Sales
What We're Looking For
- Experience in channel or partner management
- Proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely
- Experience working with IT teams or MSPs
Nice to Have
- Experience in identity management, directory services, or cybersecurity
- Familiarity with managing Windows, Apple, Linux, and Android devices
- Background in SaaS or cloud-based technology platforms
