As a Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive sales growth across a designated region. Your primary focus will be building strong, consultative relationships with channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to successfully promote and sell the company's solutions.
What You'll Do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in alignment with regional strategy
- Deliver clear, consistent messaging about product value to partners and their clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to connect partners with qualified leads and opportunities
- Conduct regular in-person meetings—minimum three days per week—with key partners
- Track and report weekly on lead progress, partner activity, and pipeline development
- Support joint sales initiatives, including email campaigns, contract coordination, and outreach efforts
- Ensure accurate logging of all partner interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Articulate program benefits and requirements to maintain strong partner alignment
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience managing technology channel partners
- Proven ability to onboard and enable partners for rapid market entry
- Familiarity with CRM, PRM, and sales forecasting platforms
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and telephone communication skills
- Experience working in team-based sales environments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
