Semperis is hiring a Channel Manager, LATAM

About the Role

Semperis is looking for a Channel Manager, LATAM to act as the primary leader and point of contact for building profitable relationships with Referral Partners, Resellers, and VARs across Latin America. You will drive partner-sourced pipeline growth and lead enablement efforts for partner teams, collaborating closely with field sales.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit and onboard strategic partnerships with top-tier consulting firms, advisory organizations, and global system integrators.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline growth by executing 'Sell With' and 'Sell Through' strategies with Semperis field sales across LATAM.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and ensure comprehensive documentation of partner activities in Salesforce (SFDC CRM).
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in joint marketing initiatives with partners, including in-person events and webinars.
  • Lead enablement efforts by delivering training sessions and coordinating education programs for partner Sales, Pre-Sales, and Services teams.
  • Proactively uncover new business opportunities through channel partners and support sales efforts by attending customer meetings alongside partner representatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is required.
  • A recent, verifiable history of creating and enabling monetized relationships and ramping channel-sourced sales pipeline with LATAM IAM or cybersecurity resellers.
  • Experience with regional and boutique resellers in the CyberRisk and Disaster Recovery market.
  • Over 6 years of channel sales experience, working with leading Cybersecurity and IAM resellers in Brazil and throughout Latin America.
  • Demonstrated success in building, enabling, and monetizing high-performing reseller partnerships.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Experience managing annual quotas tied to partner-influenced revenue and resale targets.
  • Extensive background in channel partner development and management throughout Latin America.
  • Deep expertise in strategic territory planning and modern sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC, Challenger, and BANT.
  • A consistent record of surpassing channel sales targets and driving sustained revenue growth.
  • A highly coachable, collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
