Responsibilities
- Source and recruit new partners in the EMEA region, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators
- Establish and maintain a diversified portfolio of active partners
- Create and implement partner business strategies aimed at increasing revenue and deal pipeline
- Support partners with training, market positioning, and joint marketing initiatives
- Lead collaborative sales efforts and assist partners in securing deals
- Organize the partner network through segmentation, performance measurement, and continuous improvement
- Track and expand revenue and sales opportunities generated by partners
- Serve as the main point of contact between external partners and internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product
