About the Role
This position is responsible for managing relationships with channel partners in German-speaking markets. The individual will drive sales through resellers, support partner onboarding and training, and collaborate internally to expand market reach and increase product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in German-speaking territories
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing partner network
- Support partners with onboarding, training, and ongoing account development
- Drive revenue growth by enabling partners to sell more effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with company goals
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular progress updates
- Conduct regular reviews with partners to assess performance and set targets
- Assist in the development of localized sales and marketing materials
- Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and escalations
- Ensure partners adhere to agreed commercial terms and compliance standards
- Track and report on channel sales metrics and pipeline activity
- Facilitate joint sales initiatives between partners and internal sales teams
- Promote new product features and updates to channel partners
- Gather market feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams
- Support partner certification and enablement programs
- Coordinate partner events and webinars in the region
- Negotiate partner agreements in alignment with company policies
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Stay informed about competitor activity and market trends
- Ensure timely resolution of partner technical and operational issues
- Drive co-marketing efforts to increase brand visibility
- Support recruitment of new channel partners in target regions
- Provide input on partner incentive and rebate programs
- Work closely with regional sales leaders to align strategies
- Contribute to long-term channel growth planning
